What's the refund policy?

Are you SOC2 yet?

In progress for Q3 2026. We're transparent about this — if you need SOC2 to buy, the answer today is "not yet, but here's our timeline." Most current users are SMBs/bookkeepers where SOC2 isn't a procurement gate.

QuickBooks Desktop or Xero?

QuickBooks Online only at v1. Xero on the roadmap (target: July 2026). QB Desktop won't be supported — Intuit's pushing migration anyway.

What about Dext / Receipt Bank?

They're great if you have 5,000+ receipts/mo and don't mind per-receipt pricing. We're aimed at the 50-500/mo range where flat $149 beats their $99 + per-receipt math.

Where do receipts get stored?

Original PDFs in your S3 bucket (you provide the bucket — we never store originals on our infra). OCR'd structured data in our DB for matching, deletable any time.
